1. Brady's Birthday is January 15th
2. He has only a middle initial K for his middle name; which doesn't stand for anything.
3. He is the Second of 5 children
4. He served a 2 year mission to Bahia Blanca, Argentina. His Spanish is still perfect!!
5. He built our home with his father. He was the General Contractor and the Sub-contractors. Doing all the framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, & finish work. Pretty Amazing!!
6. He was born and raised in Orem, Utah.
7. He is an amazing skier; he mastered the back flip and many other extreme tricks on skiis
8. His first kiss was when he was 9...hmm that's weird!
9. He cries in many movies; sorry babe.
10. He is the Best Father I know to 5 children.
11. He is kind to everyone; In 13 years of marriage, he has never been in an argument with anyone; other than me.
12. He completed a Sprint Triathlon in September 2008.
13. He is Elders Quorum President.
14. He is in his "happy place" watching hours of football and basketball
15. He makes the best chocolate chip cookies, banana cream pie, fruit salad and many more delicacies.
16. When I met Brady, he was a server and Bar Tender at TGI Friday's in Provo, Utah.
17. Brady had blond hair when he was very young until around 10 years old, then it turned dark brown.
18. When Brady was 3 years old, he was hit by a car. Obviously he survived with minor injuries and a concussion.
19. Brady Faithfully does the dishes every night. Wow, that's an awesome husband!!
20. Brady has a large 6 inch scar on his right side below his ribcage from falling into a window well when he was 4 years old. It was patched up with with butterfly band aids by his father.
21. Brady completed his first half marathon on July 24, 2010. He placed around 900th out of 1500 runners; not too bad.
22. Brady drives a 2003 black Chevrolet Avalanche.
23. Hiked Mount Timpanogos with Taylor and his Scout Troop in September 2010. A total of 17 grueling miles.
24. Loves to eat lots of steak.
25. Has a dream of becoming a PGA Golfer. He would love to play any sport for a living :)

Brett's 4 Stitches :(

Brett saw Anamarie's Hawaiian necklace; and had to have it. As he reached up to grab it, Anamarie pulled it away, getting the hook caught on his finger and slicing a very deep gash into his right middle finger. Luckily, this happened in the presence of Brady and I, so we were able to rush him to the Highland Insta Care immediately. Once there, we checked him in, and within a few minutes we saw a nurse. She did confirm that Brett needed stitches, so she put numbing ointment on his gash, and we waited 15 minutes before we could see the Doctor. While waiting, Brett found a great toy to play with; a train set. He loved it, and it passed the time while waiting. After going back to the Doctor, he injected his gash with more numbing solution, draped his hand and carefully began sewing his little finger. It only took him about 15 minutes from start to finish. Brett was so brave that he only cried during the injection, and he watched with great intrigue the rest of the time, while his little finger was being sewn. Poor widdle guy!

Kolby's 29th

We had a family party for Kolby @ our home. He turned 29 on October 7th. He received great presents from the family; like: a sketch of Kim from Shane, crocheted wash cloths from Blair, gift certificates to Outback & Chili's. However, the best present was a portrait of Kolby drawn by Anamarie :)

Sneaking mommies makeup!!

Anamarie has become so intrigued with my makeup lately. I keep catching her in my bathroom beautifying herself as she carefully puts on the eyeshadow, lipstick, blush and mascara. Her newest finding was the eyebrow pencil, notice the eyebrows in the picture :)

Troop 1174

Taylor's Boy Scout Troop 1174 is an amazing group of boys and leaders. We all met up at Mutual Del in the American Fork canyon for the Court of Honor. From funny skits, to advancements, to Russ Dailey's food smashing infomercial, the night was sure to entertain all ages. Taylor was awarded 8 merit badges and advanced to his Star. He is on track to get his Eagle in the next year; thanks to an incredible Scout Master; Russ Dailey.

Taylor's growing UP!!

At 13 years old, Taylor stands 5'10" tall, and weighs 120 pounds. He wears a size 10.5 in men's shoes, 28 waist 32 long in men's pants, and size adult medium in shirts. He's 6 inches taller than me, and it's really trippin' me out!! He's a great kid, and we are so proud of him.

He is currently in 8th grade at American Fork Junior High School. He has been working very hard in school to get straight A's and because of this, he has been invited to attend the Discover DC Program this summer. He is very excited to go, and we are saving up for him to attend this week long educational program.

Taylor is on track to get his Eagle Scout when he turns 14. He has an incredible Boy Scout Master who keeps his boys motivated. He is currently a Star and has completed all his Star and Life requirements but has to wait 10 months before he can get his Eagle. We are soo proud of him!!
