Happy Baby @ 4 months old!
Brett Loves "Melmo"
Brett's favorite and ONLY thing to watch on tv is Elmo. We have tried to get his interest in other kids movies without any luck. He is very faithful to his Elmo. Elmo's "Kids Favorite Songs" is his favorite.
25 random facts about Sarah Heiner
- My favorite number is 7, I am the 7th of 11 children.
- Ever since I was little I had a crush on Christopher Plummer (you know the dad, Captain Von Trapp in The Sound of Music). Sadly, I watched it with my kids the other day and I was still drooling over him.
- growing up in such a big, poor family made me a sucker for less fortunate people. I always buy something from door to door salesman.
- I secretly want to be a famous inventor of something...don't know what yet.
- I love gardening. Especially pulling weeds and planting flowers.
- My first kiss was in 8th grade; Mike Dwyer.
- When I was in High School some weirdo neighbor broke into our house in Cali and stole a picture of me from my bedroom. He had been convicted of kidnapping 3 other girls, and I was next. Fortunately he was caught and came clean and is in prison now.
- I have a huge passion for doing family history and connecting with distant living relatives.
- I want to have a vintage car someday; a '67 corvette or a shelby mustang
- I love to organize things
- I love to create things
- I believe we have many protectors (angels) with us everyday.
- I have a horrible bad habit of biting my nails. I have only quit once, about 3 years ago, but it didn't take long to get back into it.
- I am a horrible dog owner. I had the best dog growing up, but for some reason I can't find a good dog.
- If I think something is funny, you'll know it, because my laugh is really obnoxious and loud.
- I have a big bunion on each of my feet.
- I like to think that I have a good memory. I can remember numbers and dates very well. Comes in handy when I am doing genealogy.
- I love mountain biking; but hate running.

- I really want to finish college someday.
- I want to be an anthropologist
- I have always wanted to restore an old home. Preferably my GGG-grandparents home in Indiana.
- Sorry everyone but I use to have a "potty" mouth in Jr. High, but I grew out of it after a few years.
- I can't ever watch scary movies; they give me nightmares. Even the not-so-scary ones do.
- Lastly, I grew up eating 30 year old freeze dried food. My dad was a survivalist and we had our entire garage packed from top to bottom with that stuff.
25 random facts about Brady Heiner
- Brady's Birthday is January 15th
- He has only a middle initial K for his middle name; which doesn't stand for anything.
- He is the Second of 5 children
- He served a 2 year mission to Bahia Blanca, Argentina. His Spanish is still perfect!!
- He built our home with his father. He was the General Contractor and the Sub-contractors. Doing all the framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, & finish work. Pretty Amazing!!
- He was born and raised in Orem, Utah.
- He is an amazing skier; he mastered the back flip and many other extreme tricks on skiis
- His first kiss was when he was 9...hmm that's weird!
- He cries in many movies; sorry babe.
- He is the Best Father I know to 5 children.
- He is kind to everyone; In 13 years of marriage, he has never been in an argument with anyone; other than me.
- He completed a Sprint Triathlon in September 2008.
- He is Elders Quorum President.
- He is in his "happy place" watching hours of football and basketball
- He makes the best chocolate chip cookies, banana cream pie, fruit salad and many more delicacies.
- When I met Brady, he was a server and Bar Tender at TGI Friday's in Provo, Utah.
- Brady had blond hair when he was very young until around 10 years old, then it turned dark brown.
- When Brady was 3 years old, he was hit by a car. Obviously he survived with minor injuries and a concussion.
- Brady Faithfully does the dishes every night. Wow, that's an awesome husband!!
- Brady has a large 6 inch scar on his right side below his ribcage from falling into a window well when he was 4 years old. It was patched up with with butterfly band aids by his father.
- Brady completed his first half marathon on July 24, 2010. He placed around 900th out of 1500 runners; not too bad.
- Brady drives a 2003 black Chevrolet Avalanche.
- Hiked Mount Timpanogos with Taylor and his Scout Troop in September 2010. A total of 17 grueling miles.
- Loves to eat lots of steak.
- Has a dream of becoming a PGA Golfer. He would love to play any sport for a living :)

Brett's 4 Stitches :(
Brett saw Anamarie's Hawaiian necklace; and had to have it. As he reached up to grab it, Anamarie pulled it away, getting the hook caught on his finger and slicing a very deep gash into his right middle finger. Luckily, this happened in the presence of Brady and I, so we were able to rush him to the Highland Insta Care immediately. Once there, we checked him in, and within a few minutes we saw a nurse. She did confirm that Brett needed stitches, so she put numbing ointment on his gash, and we waited 15 minutes before we could see the Doctor. While waiting, Brett found a great toy to play with; a train set. He loved it, and it passed the time while waiting. After going back to the Doctor, he injected his gash with more numbing solution, draped his hand and carefully began sewing his little finger. It only took him about 15 minutes from start to finish. Brett was so brave that he only cried during the injection, and he watched with great intrigue the rest of the time, while his little finger was being sewn. Poor widdle guy!
